While I have done work like this in the past, it isn't my usual medium. You could say I've been caught up in the AngeniaC fever . Between she and other polymer clay artists like I'm often compelled to use up the rest of my clay stash for work such as this. As I said, this isn't my typical work and it's a bit rough, but perhaps I'll work toward refining it and gear it toward a style very much my own
This isn't currently for sale. I'm not terribly confident in it... but maybe down the road. If I do ever list it in my Etsy shop I'll be sure to make anyone interested aware
I'm actually absolutely in love with this piece. It's gorgeous. I love the combination of how bits of it look very natural, like something you might find in nature, and then the rest is polished and golden. Beautiful.
So cool, so pretty. I wish you had another angle so I could see the face view of the hippocampus(?) or whatever the fantasy water horses are called, but this shot is a gorgeous one as well. I really can't imagine how you could improve this. I know you said its rough but if that is so then I think something about its rawness is what appeals to me.
